Price was good. Room was clean

Room had a slight musty odor, the air conditioner was noisy and the bed wasn't very comfortable

Cheap hotel and close to Universal Studios. In our room was a coffee maker and all the accessories to make coffee

In the description of the hotel said that every room has a refrigerator and a microwave, but they were not!

clean, friendly, very resonable rates, clean swimming pool. close to all attractions.

The price was good and the location great!!

Affordable, close proximity to Universal Studios, came with Breakfast, and had a Pool!

Would have liked a "Hot" breakfast, and more shuttles

The customer service was good and accommodating, I liked the beds - very comfortable. I had an issue and it was taken care of without any difficulty.

Upon waking up the first morning, there was a roach crawling in my sink and from that point on I was very edgy about my belongings; I left a personal home because the lady had roaches, so this was the reason I actually booked at Super 8. I was also disappointed with the swimming pool area. Very few lounge chars for sunbathing and those that are there are very cheap and hard to get adjusted.

Not Much, the day staff at reception done a good job.

I booked a non smoking room, received a smoking room.The ac in room made such a noise couldnt sleep at night.The night staff at reception were poor!!!!!

I regret going there. The room was very, very, very dirty. I had never seen a rug so dirty. Roaches and all kind of bugs were crawling at night time. My daughter was bit by something during the night. I had to take her to the doctor the bite did not want to go away. I regret saving few dollars. It cost me more.

The staff was friendly and super accommodating. The location was fantastic - super close proximity to Universal Studios. And the rates were phenomenal. A great little motel. (Note: motel. You're getting what you pay for here, so don't expect 4 stars! :)

It was terrible!staff were rude and did not accommodate guest well.they were very badly trained to work with customers.the place is like a project with dirty rooms terrible breakfast and definitely not worth it.I Will never stay there agan ill rather pay the extra money and stay at the otherhotels

Didn't like anything bout it besides that the room was cold and had a bathroom!worse hotel ever whha it should be is a project not a hotel.

1 mile from Universal and probably about 10 miles from Disney World. Also the staff was helpful and nice. Also had a nice quick continental breakfast.

No complaints based on the cost.

My rooms were not that clean. Dirty carpets, no trash bin, sheet linens dirties. I just didnt have any choice. I guessed that was my first & last. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Price is coherent with the facilities. The room is simple and comfortable. If you're going to spend the whole day in the theme parks, the hotel is just great to spend the night.

The breakfast. The breakfast was too poor. It was not a continental breakfast at all. There was just bread, cereal, coffee and orange juice.
